Service Description

Our residential and commercial maintenance cleaning service is designed for spaces that have been professionally cleaned within the last 15 days and require ongoing upkeep. All Rooms: • Dusting surfaces (furniture, shelves, baseboards) • Wiping exterior of furniture • Vacuuming carpets and rugs • Sweeping and mopping floors • Trash removal Bathrooms: • Cleaning and disinfecting the toilet • Cleaning sink and countertops • Cleaning mirrors • Wiping outside of cabinets • Cleaning the shower or tub (exterior only) • Emptying trash Kitchen: • Cleaning the exterior of appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, etc.) • Cleaning sink and countertops • Wiping outside of cabinets • Sweeping and mopping the floor • Taking out the trash Bedrooms & Living Areas: • Making beds (without changing sheets unless requested) • Dusting surfaces • Vacuuming and mopping floors
